Our facility utilizes the document management services provided by CalComp Records. We have not had any issues or complaints with their services. Our inquiries are handled in a professional manner.
CalComp Records actually solved our mounting problems concerning storage of medical records. They also work with our Billing staff to ensure efficient copying of medical records. 🙂 🙂

Words cannot describe the great achievement this company receives from CalComp RMS. We’ve been working hand in hand for a couple of years now and our company is extremely satisfied with the services we receive.
The staff is competent and exceptionally courteous! Their online service is excellent and as mentioned above very user friendly. Our patient files are always available for retrieval and delivery from archive storage in a choice of convenient ways – personal delivery, online, email or fax.
When ever a patient file is needed, our staff simply provides the patient name and/or account number, Date of Birth or Social Security Number, we do not need to know in which box a particular file is stored – Calcomp RMS handles all that.
Calcomp RMS’s File Storage and Management services operate as a seamless extension of our business processes to ensure files are securely stored, precisely tracked and available upon demand. 🙂 🙂 🙂

As it is, doctors already have so much to deal with in the Workers’ Compensation system (changes). From trying to get into the MPN’s, formulating the narrative reports based on AMA guidelines to getting pay (collecting fee).
Now facilities have to deal with the in-comprehensive copy services that pester the us (medical staff). Having Calcomp RMS as the ROI helps medical staff from having to deal with the copy service’s harassment’s and the staff can now focus on what it is important… the medical treatment of our patients. 🙂 🙂 🙂

We are very satisfied with the services we receive from CalComp RMS. Our medical archived files are so easy to access. With just an online request or a phone call, the files we need are readily scanned and upload to our secure online site.
Their staff puts an extra effort to meet our demands. They are very courteous and should be congratulated for the superb job they are doing.

Our staff is very pleased with the level of prompt, thorough and courteous service provided by Chris and Cynthia, as well as their staff headed by Cynthia Moreno.
For several years they’ve provided a consistent level of highly competent attention and service. We are obviously pleased with their services, including retrieving medical records, serving subpoenas, archiving stored files, etc., and always with a “can do” attitude that strives to satisfy their clients. The services that CalComp provides are outstanding. Our requests for subpoena records are process immediately and without delays, making the records rapidly available on our secured online site for easy access. We are a paperless company, and CalComp has helped us get there. Also, the staff is very productive and helpful. They provide an excellent and promptly service. CalComp Records has been the greatest thing that ever happened to us. CalComp Records handles our Release of Information and they also review and summarize our Records.
Gotta say they are really professional when reviewing our Medical Records, Dr was very impressed when he saw his first medical record review from CalComp Records, they are very detailed and nothing important gets left out. Reviews are also done on a timely matter, if we ever need a review done stat all we do is give Cynthia a call and she makes sure its done asap.
When ever I need something all I do is call Cynthia and she takes care of it with one phone call, she is always available and she is very knowledgeable and not to mention very sweet, never in a bad mood. I believe we at Dr Akmakjian’s office are blessed to have them help with all of our records needs. We have been using their services for a little over a year and we love them, we are getting ready to give them our archived records so they can scan everything for us. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

CalComp Records have been a great success, they have been very helpful in everything they do for us. CalComp Records are the ones actually in charge of our records, and reviews. They receive most request directly, but they handle any authorized request that we receive as well, they also make sure they get the records out on a timely matter.
Whenever we need something done on a STAT matter all we do is give them a call and they take care it. CalComp also takes care of our Medical Record Reviews, they make sure to be very detailed but also for the review not to be too long, of course they make sure to never leave anything important out of the review.
I have to say that whenever we call their customer service skills are great. All CalComp staff is very nice and professional, as well as when they come in to scan our records. All of their hard work is very well appreciated. Thanks. 🙂 🙂 🙂

CalComp always accommodates us in all our needs. They help us in archiving and scanning our records. They also provide us with special handling whether it be tabbing or binding for our records. Whenever we have a rush request we just give them a call and they handle it ASAP. We are very pleased with their services. 🙂 🙂 🙂
